Awesome gluten free side dish that will please ALL We never have any left overs with this gluten free easy to make side dish. The rich texture and flavor keep us coming back! My husband can even make this with ease...and he doesn't know his way around the kitchen. The price on this website is comparable with retail and makes it worth ordering, especially if you want to get something new...and get to the amount needed for free shipping. Lundberg Risotto Creamy Parmesan Directions

Put 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a heavy non stick 2-qt saucepan and place over medium heat. Add rice and stir until grains are coated with oil. Stir in contents of seasoning pouch and 2-1/2 cups water. Mix well to dissolve seasonings. Bring to a boil. reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
