It works great I take this infrequently for performance. Have not tried it for permanent size increase. It definitely performs as promoted. Size increases some and stiffness increases a lot. I was rock hard, with two capsules, I tried one and it didnt work the same, It says 45 min before but I think 30 is probably better. So far so good. July 13, 2010
