Great for hot flashes
I have used this product for some time now and I put it in cold water and it really helps in alleviating hot flashes. I have found it tastes better in just water than in anything else. Really helps!!

This product has made all the difference in my marriage. I went from not caring if I had any intimate contact with my husband at all, to actually desiring lovemaking several times a week!
