Madhava Organic Agave Nectar Amber -- 46 fl oz
This is the darker agave = stronger maple-ish taste. This means extra perfect for adding sweetness to pancakes, breakfast hot or cold cereal, anywhere you think "maple". But it rocks as an Asian cooking finishing (mix in right before serving for best result/light handed until you taste) and stepping up tea time. Plus, really, and 1000+ other uses. You use 1/4 as it is sweet. I make - now famous in the family - holiday-time sweet potato. My secret is using the amber agave over maple. It is simply sublime.

All the Madhava agave is good, but my favorite is the amber. The flavor is deep & rich. Love it to sweeten coffee or bake with. Excellent product!

Not a poison
I use this and Stevita brand stevia. Stay away from refined sugar ppl b/c it's technically a poison due to its ability to rob the body of nutrients. Agave is ideal for pancakes (Bob's Red Mill brand) and on peanut butter to replace preservatives.

I use Agave in the french dressing recipe, and a couple other things. The price here at Vitacost is better than the last place I got it from.

This agave syrup has a richer flavor than the lighter version. I use it in coffee and baked goods in place of sugar or corn syrup. It's thinner in consistency than honey but equal in sweetness. A little goes a long way, so less is used.
