"This is great, it tastes almost as good as their regular steel cut (which is to say way better than any rolled oat oatmeal could ever be) and cooks faster. As far as I can tell it's the same stuff, cut just a bit smaller so it cooks faster. I try to plan ahead and use the overnight method with the regular steel cut, but I keep this kind in stock too for when I don't."
