Excellent, but MUST USE WITHIN ONE WEEK!
These are soooo good. We add them to all kinds of recipes. BUT, we learned the hard way, as others have, that they start to rot and mold in just a few days. They are not something, like their olives, that can be put in the back of the fridge and forgotten and then used a month later.
The peppers I got were fine, even though it arrived with the ingredients not all covered in water. I thought this was curious, but used them any way with no ill effect. Now I know, make sure they are covered in pure water and use quickly within a week for sure. Will reorder and try the other variety they offer as they were really good on sandwiches, sauces, pizza, soups, etc.

These peppers are very flavorful. They are a great addition to pasta or pizza.

I love making homemade red pepper hummus. These peppers are wonderful. You get large pieces of pepper perfectly seasoned. And, they are organic. The cost is less than I can purchase them for locally.

Time-saver in the Kitchen
Mediterranean Organic Fire Roasted Red Peppers are a time-saver in our kitchen. When we do not have time to fire-roast our own organically grown red peppers, these are a scrumptious substitute. We dice and add them to hot or cold organic veggie or pasta salads, pile them high on organic home-made seed rolls with veggie and cheese, or tuck them into veggie and grain casseroles. These peppers are large, so one jar goes a long way! We love the fire-roasted taste and that they are organic!
