good option for gluten free diets Although this is NOT my favorite gluten-free cracker, it is one of the few options out there that is truly palatable. This cracker does not break apart easily, is finger-food size, and does not have any objectionable or harmful additives. I believe that there are a few flavor options but the plain one is my personal favorite as I use it for dipping salsas or serving with cheese. April 21, 2013
