Wasn't What I Was Hoping For I have tried several Magnesium products and I have a friend that distributes for this company. I use the multi-vitamin, but this product didn't help and for the price you pay I was disappointed. I suppose you weigh why you are taking it too, as it's a very good product, it just didn't help me.
