Whole Food Way To Get Your C
I looked all over for a more natural vitamin C. Finally found this, and the list of ingredients are good. Although I'd still like to try Pure Radiance this one seems to work just fine. Even though the mg. are not as high as a typical vitamin C your body will absorb more since it is from a whole food, oranges. I found that one tablet is a bit much for me so I cut these in half and that seems to be just right. Which is good since it will now last me twice as long.
