Good whole food vitamin
I've recently started whole food vitamins and this is an excellent vitamin -- highly recommended by nurses and nutritionists I consulted. The company is an excellent one, too. Very satisfied and will order again.

Best multi vitamin on the market!
I am an avid supplement consumer and the MegaFood one a day is the best multi-vitamin I have ever taken! For the price there is none better and I would recommend this product for anyone who is serious about their health.

No Fillers or Aftertaste
I have a hard time swallowing large pills so I was concerned when I saw the large tablet size of this product. I first tried cutting it in half and the sharp edges made swallowing it very uncomfortable. So then I just started swallowing it whole and in spite of its large size, it does go down fairly easily. Also, I often get that typical aftertaste with many multivitamins that contain Vitamin B, but not with this one. I use other MegaFood products due to their quality and lack of fillers, so this now part of my daily supplement regime.

Excellent quality
Very good product for the price. Except for magnesium, this product includes the products that you would have to buy in two or three different types of products, so the price is about equivalent if you think of it this way.
