Great all around daily vitamin
This is a great product for a few reasons. First, its whole food derived, which greatly increases the quality and makes it much easier to digest. This does make it cost more, but I believe it is worth it for me. Second, though the herbs included in the ingredients might not be for everyone, they are a good bonus for me, as a woman in her early 40s going through perimenopause. I have tried the vitamins by this brand for older women, but I do not like them as much, mostly because they are more chaulky and the serving size is 6. These you take 3 a day. When I'm doing well, eating better, I can take 2 a day, and I like that flexibility, which saves me money. Expensive yes, so buy them here to save on cost. You get what you pay for in this case also. Whenever I try a different supplement to save money, I always miss these and go back to them.

A++ for monthly periods
MegaFood Daily Foods Women's has been the biggest help for my wife with her monthly periods than anything she has ever taken. Take it from me, her husband if it helps her feel better-BUY IT! Your life will be much better too.

Good vitamin
This vitamin was recommended to me by a nutritionist due to its pure food state. I do not get any stomach upset with this vitamin as I have with others. Excellent vitamin though a bit pricey.
