Looking for an energy drink? I found this product first at a local grocery store, but they didn't have the cookies and cream flavor so I tried this can. I must say that I prefer the chocolate flavor to the cookies and cream. Each can contains a whopping 51 grams of protein! Only one can required per day to meet your daily needs. Money well spent.
