"This ia an excellent meal replacement drink. One reviewer wrote that they used after a workout ~ I use it as a meal replacment. Very tasty, filling, satisfying. One thing, this has a very small amount of sugar in it."

High protein low sugar

"51 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar ... a great profile. One of the better RTD's out there in my opinion. Tastes pretty decent to me, maybe some people might prefer higher fat/sugar and lower protein brands like Muscle Milk (which I drink from time-to-time) but this product is my staple when I don't have time to mix/blend a protein drink."
