Won't be without
I've used this product for about 5-6 years on a nightly, on a before bed basis. My doctor recommended it to me for 2-3 different symptoms, and all of those have been greatly reduced - eliminated. The pills are rather large, and are not enterically coated, so sometimes they can be a little hard to swallow - I recommend taking them 1 at a time to avoid that problem.

This is an excellent product for bones & joints
Been using this product for several years now,and find that
my bpne density has been restored by the combination of Cal Mag and Chondro Care by Metagenics.
Excellent products.

Hard to swallow because the pills are not coated. works well.
