Provides vitamin D, a vitamin that has been associated with serotonin metabolism and a positive mood.

Do not exceed recommended serving or use for more than 6 months. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen.
