This is the best probiotic I have ever used.
Metagenics Ultra Flora Plus was first recommended to me by a very knowledgeable compounding pharmacist. I eat very healthy and exercise daily, but for many years would experience irregularity for no apparent reason. This probiotic changed that, eliminating episodes of constipation. It is definitely worth the money!

Great for kids and adults on antibiotics!
This is the only product that helps my daughter when she has to take Augmentin (antibiotic). I just sprinkle it in applesauce twice a day. It's tasteless and she takes it very well.
