doesn't dissolve well
i was disappointed how poorly the powder dissolved in water. after much stirring, there were still clumps. the taste is not great either. I will find another powder next time around.

Good vit c blend
I have been using a fairly high dose of buffered vit c daily to help my body cope with with all the polutents that we live with in todays world. I like the fact that it not only has buffered c, but also contains co-factors that work together with the vit c.
