Very good I love that this product has no taste. I find that the other brands have a taste of orange or citrus and you cant really mix that with all foods. This is perfect because I can put it in my cereal or yogurt or even in my shakes. Im really enjoying sprinkling this on all of my foods. March 6, 2013

Is what it is but pricey! If you're looking for Metamucil with no artificial sweeteners ie, Aspartame, It appears to be this or nothing. It is what it is but it is pricey. I found it at a local drugstore at a much better value, ie : nearly twice as much product at the same price with no shipping charge. Would I recommend it? If you can't find it locally and you gotta have it, sure...but get ready to ante up. November 28, 2012

Metamucil Clear and Natural Directions

1 heaping teaspoon, up to 3 times daily. Each heaping teaspoon contains 5 grams of fiber.

Mix in Liquid: Stir 1 heaping teaspoon briskly in 8 oz. or more of water or other beverage. Product dissolves best in room temperature or warmer liquid dissolves slower in cold liquid. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. New Users: Start with 1 serving per day as your body adjusts to the extra fiber in your diet and gradually increase up to 3 servings per day. Cooking & Baking: Add desired amount directly to foods as you prepare them. For best results, use in moist foods or recipes.

Adults 12 yrs & Older: 1 heaping teaspoon up to 3 times daily

6 - 11 yrs: 1/2 adult serving, up to 3 times daily.

Under 6 yrs: Consult a doctor.
