This is the first time I've used this particular Method product. I love it; however, the spray nozzle stopped working on both bottles I bought. I called the Method company & they assured me it was a faulty batch of softener that was clogging the nozzles. They are sending me vouchers to replace them free. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these again. The Method Co. gave me the Lot Nos. of the ones to avoid. I especially liked that the softener product was not "gunking up" my washer.
