All night muscle saver. Wow! This stuff is amazing! I am putting on muscle and keeping it on with this L Glutamine slow release process. I take it just before bed,, all night I don't have to worry about my muscles going catabolic. And,, I haven't been sick all year due no doubt to the beneficial boost this product has on my immune system.
