"I drink this prior to my gym workout and then afterwards. It tastes delicious and it does not give me gas. Soon afterwards, I have a bowel movement which can be from the excersize but also from the flax.
Lik it a lot. Not too many calories."

"I'm a research "nut", and as such let me just say up front that the ingredients I found to be in Probolic-SR are top notch. With their 12 hour muscle feeding system, it's one of two protein drinks I must have! And the flavors are absolutely the best I've ever tasted, (bar none)! Mixed in with milk, (which is the only way I like my protein drinks), Probolic-SR is like a thick, well-made shake; vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, etc. It really is my favorite, plus... it works as advertised! I sure would like to see Vitacost carry the 4 lb. size of Probolic-SR, (and I wish Probolic would start making a 10 lb. size)!"
