it works! I am using Take it Off along with Tone & Tighten and NSI Whey protein powder. I love the results. I have a great level of energy- no caffeine jitters, no highs, no crash- energy level is amazing...makes it easier to keep up with my hectic lifestyle between work and kids. Really Great Stuff I love these pills. I normally only need to take one, if I'm really tired I'll take a second one 20 min later. They wake me right up with out making me shaky. Last about 5-7hrs. September 19, 2009
