It's decent First, know that I'm not a pro athlete. I work out to tone and improve my mid-level club soccer games. The upside is that it comes in a small container, it tastes good, and doesn't have anything banned by WADA. The downside is a full dose of this does about the same for me as half a dose of Muscle Marinade. So cost-wise, it's not as effective, for me. This was recommended to me by a friend who really likes it (and has also tried the others I have), so I think these are really more about what works for you personally. That's why I said I would recommend it. But for me, other options are better. March 14, 2013
