Recommended use to assess your tolerance: as an adult dietary supplement, begin by consuming one 15 gram serving mixed with 4-16 ounces of cold water. Adjust the level of water to achieve desired taste. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and sensitivity. NOTE: RagNOrok-Ultra is strong enough that one 15 gram serving is all this is needed. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional 15 gram serving of RagNOrok-Ultra.

 

Suggested use on training days: As an adult dietary supplement, once tolerance has been assessed, mix one 15 gram serving of RagNOrok-Ultra with 4-16 ounces of cold water adjusting the amount of water for desired taste. For maximum results take on an empty stomach void of protein, at least 2 hours after meals or one hour after a protein shake, 30-60 minutes prior to training. RagNOrok-Ultra may be taken with a simple carbohydrate beverage.

 

Non-training days: Mix one 15 gram serving of RagNOrok-Ultra with 4-16 ounces of cold water and consume on an empty stomach. May be taken with carbs. 

 

For maximum results: consume at least 128 ounces (1 gallon) of water daily combined with a diet rich in healthy proteins & carbohydrates. As with any dietary supplement the effects of RagNOrok-Ultra with be felt differently by each individual due to differences in body composition and chemistry. Some may feel its effects in as little as 5-15 minutes after ingestion, with effects becoming more pronounced every few minutes. Depending on digestion and body make up it may take some individuals 30-45 minutes after ingestion to feel RagNOrok-Ultra's full effect. RagNOrok-Ultra's maximum effects can be felt for one to six hours, so do not consume it within four hours of bedtime as sleeplessness may occur. Do not exceed two servings in 24 hours. After 12 weeks of use discontinue for 2-4 weeks before resuming.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. This product may be manufactured on equipment that processes products containing milk, egg, soy, shellfish, fish oils, nuts & peanut flavoring. As with any supplement check with your physician prior to use. Do not take if you are unaware of your current medical condition or if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, lover or thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder any mental condition or psychiatric disease, pernicious, anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription or over the counter medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, prone to dehydration, hypoglycemia, or exposed to excessive heat conditions. Do not use this product while exercising in excessive heat. Reduce the dose or discontinue if sleeplessness, dizziness, nervousness, headaches or heat palpitations occur.
