Suggested Use: Shake container before each use. For best results poor 1 (6 grams) serving directly into mouth and hold for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. For more rapid results, Somnidren-GH™ may be poured directly under the tongue (sublingual) in 2 half servings and held for 30 seconds each before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach at least 90 minutes after your last meal containing carbohydrates. If preferred you may mix 1 serving with 1 to 4 ounces of water and consume on an empty stomach. you may also use pre or post workout for increased recovery. Cycle five (5) nights on and two (2) nights off. Note: Some users may experience a slight tingling sensation or heaviness in the body accompanied by deeper respiration after consumption. This is normal and short lived usually subsiding in 10-15 minutes. Do not exceed two servings in a 24 hour period. Use contents within 45-60 days of opening the container.
