did not like flavor
the noodle itself was fine but the herb seasoning was not good ... will have to design a strong-flavored season / recipe to cover the flavor on the remaining bags I have ... won't order this flavor again.

Great for what it is
I personally really like miracle noodles, although I can find shiriataki noodles cheaper when I come a across an Asian food store, these are the real deal, no fillers or added soy, which is great. I already like the plain ones, angel hair being my favourite so I wasn't sure what to expect from this because I'm not a fan of garlic, but the nature of these noodles is to be great at soaking up flavour. I have to say though that these were really great, I used them with alfredo sauce and I think it added a nice additional layer of flavour. It also required a lot less rinsing to get rid of that fishy smell that normally is there when you open the bag...there was virtually no smell actually, which is great.
One thing to keep in mind though is that this is not pasta, it's not made of a grain, or rice, or anything that gives us the traditional smooth mouth texture of noodles that we expect. However, I see pasta as a sauce vehicle, and I've grown to really enjoy the mouth feels of these once I learned how I like them prepared, and for that they are great. Not because they tricked me into thinking I'm eating pasta, because I'm not...
