Outstanding Product !
This is awesome ... made a recipe with it last night. The noodles are soft but not mushy. They have no overwhelming flavor of it self so the seasoning of your recipe has no competition. I appreciate the fact that there's virtually no carbs. My only wish ... it was Certified Organic.

A great product for Atkins
This is a wonderful substitute for fattening pastas. I used it in a noodle soup and the taste was very, very good. Just remember to follow directions and rinse and put in boiling water before using.

Sorry, I wanted to like this product but just didn't. As mentioned by some reviewers, the smell was really bad. It smelled like fish and plastic. I didn't think cooking the noodles helped with the smell either. Also, the noodles didn't have much taste and I coudn't get past the texture--it really seemed slimey. I liked other products but just not this one.
