What is Shirataki Pasta?
Known for its health benefits for 2000 years in China and Japan, Shirataki is made from the root of a plant called the Konnyaku Imo.

Shiratake is made only from the soluble fiber of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy soluble fiber known as Glucomannan. Since it is only made of soluble fiber, it is remarkably Low In Calories.

Miracle Noodles absorbs the flavors of any sauce or dish you prepare.

Directions

Cooking Instructions: Drain the water out of the package and rinse the noodles in cool water for 10-15 seconds. Blanch in boiling water for about a minute. Place on a paper towel to dry and then add to your favorite dish.

Use Miracle noodles as a pasta substitute in any dish; dramatically reducing calories and boosting soluble fiber intake. Finally, you can have your pasta and eat it too! It is the ultimate guilt free rice. No you know why it is called, MIRACLE NOODLES!

Great product. No matter what you're allowed to eat in your diet, this product will fit in perfectly, October 18, 2014
Makes a great meal I saw these on Dr. Oz and they looked interesting. They are a bit pricy, compared to pasta but they are super low in calories and when paired with a seasoned sauce are better than any macaroni I have used. I like them best with homemade basil pesto. They are super filling. October 16, 2014
This product is fantastic this is the best zero calorie pasta. The best way to make this is to open the package and drain, run under cold water for 2 minutes put in a microwave steamer and cook on high for 2 minutes, take out of microwave and drain any liquid from the bottom of the steamer, then microwave again on high for 2 minutes. remove excess water and add to your favorite sauces or even as a bed for streamed veggies add your favorite seasonings and there you have it a very low calorie dish. You can do that with all the noodles. Just don't freeze them they will disappear!!! ENJOY!!!!!!! October 8, 2014
The only drawback is the cost I think these are great! They're a great Paleo treat option. I'm not sure why people are so up in arms about the smell and texture. The smell is gone the moment you cook them. And the texture is similar to rice noodles. They're not a noodle you'd want to eat alone with butter and salt and pepper, but with sauce or in a dish, they're excellent. October 4, 2014
OMG! and i eat EVERYTHING, honestly! well, actually i lied. i won't eat tapioca. but that is all, honestly. i can't get past the smell! they smell like fish. you have to really rinse them well, for many, many, many minutes. IF you can get the smell off and IF you don't gag remembering what they smelled like they really are not that bad. i could not do either. any ideas on how to get the fish smell out faster? for as long as i can hold my breath, i mean.
