Much better than anticipated...
I wasn't too excited about using these noodles to replace my beloved pasta, but thought it might help me keep our dietary carbs under control. Although they smell a little when removed from the bag; rinsing, a quick boil, and then mixing them with other ingredients renders them palatable. I use these as a pasta substitute (remember to drain well!) and also in my homemade chicken noodle soup. Even my husband will eat them. An added bonus: A one-half bag serving keeps me so full, I don't even think about evening snacks.

This taste good. It takes on the flavor of what I cook with it. There are several steps to prepare but worth it.

Not for me :(
The taste and texture were strange to me. I really wanted to like this, but for the looks of it I'll be sticking with my brown rice spaghetti.

Great Pasta alternative.
I made these noodles with shrimp Mozambique. The noodles soaked up the sauce ,Delicious!! Follow the instruction on the package. Great way to add fiber to your diet and satisfy hunger with No carbs and No calories.

Loved them and ready to try more varieties!
I was skeptical I admit. I try to live low carb and miss pasta. I saw these and thought...probably too good to be true. I just had them for lunch and loved them. They don't have a real taste, but that is the point. The sauce should carry the flavor. You can be as low calorie on your sauce as you like or add to your hearts desire. I had mine sautéed in olive oil with a touch of butter. I added garlic powder and some Parmesan Cheese with a smidgen of Szechuan Sauce for kick. Yummy.
