Miracle Noodle Shirataki Black Angel Hair Gluten Free -- 7 oz
Miracle Noodles - in general
First off, What's not to like! They're Glutton, Soy and Wheat Free. Non-GMO, something like 0.2 calories for virtually calorie free and 100% soluble fiber. These are one of the greatest gifts one could have. They take on the flavor of what ever they've been cooked with and as long as you follow the basic cooking directions they turn out just fine.
That being said, once you've prepared the ingredients to your dish you can either toss them in a heated, dry skillet until they become more opaque or let them cook for the last five minutes of the dishes preparation as in a stir fry etc.
The angel hair also makes a great substitute for traditional Ramen noodles and the rice mixes well with veggies. I've even used it as an addition to Kale Spring Rolls (you can find the recipe here http://www.miraclenoodle.com/t-Kale-Stir-Fry-Egg-Rolls-With-Miracle-Rice.aspx ) with other examples of how to use your noodles.
All in all, I love them. There price via Vitacost is amazing. You will not find them for less but considering what you're getting and what you're not. It's absolutely worth it.

It has kind of squiky texture. The price is kind of high (considering that it's only about 1 serving) . I bough it for my son who is on gluteen free diet. He refused to eat this noodles.I'm not sure I will buy it again
