Since it is only made of soluble fiber, it is remarkably Low in Calories.

good alternative This is not the same as real noodles, but it tastes OK 7 hs no calories or carbs. December 6, 2014
DEEEE-LICIOUS! I absolutely loved this product. Not only does it have a great texture, but it also tastes just like the real deal, the glutinous, carb-rich pasta that we all so love, but shy away from. Now I can enjoy a full serving of "pasta", and not have a smidgen of guilt! August 1, 2014
Gross! I have heard a lot of hype about shirataki noodles, so I gave these a try. First of all, they smelled like dead fish when I opened them. After following the bag directions, they were simply disgusting. The texture was like wet rubber bands that couldn't even be chewed. It was a horrible experience. Maybe it's a thing you either like or don't, but I do not! March 22, 2014
yummy noodle with fun taste It is hard to believe that these noodles do not have carbs. I thought I would never have a noodle ever again. it is a welcome delight. March 12, 2014
