excellent product this brand of brewers yeast has may essential nutrients. especially phosphorus, selenium, chromium, molydenum, b vitamins and other trace minerals. it is better to take the product every other day, because it is a rich source of nutrients. January 4, 2013

Most Excellent Not all brewers yeast taste alike! I sprinkle it on my popcorn & couldn't understand all the hoopla about this being a great popcorn seasoning UNTIL I change to this brand of brewers yeast. Yum! Recipe: I put lots of olive oil in a 2-gal ziplock making sure to coat sides of bag, then add hot-air popcorn, shake it up, then sprinkle with brewers yeast & sea salt, shake it up again, repeat 2-3 times until seasoned to taste.
