The stuff is messy!
The product is nicely packaged. However, I found this product to be ineffective and a complete mess to use. Even though the directions say not to heat the product, it's so stiff that unless I heat it a little I can't even spread it on my skin. I used it to remove hair from my upper lip. It did remove most of the hair but it didn't pull it out at the roots so there was a little shadow left on my skin. It is a total mess to use, it sticks to everything and it's hard to clean off. I tried it a few times with similar results, so I went back to using wax.
