Good energy boost I workout after work so I use a pre-workout almost every day. I switch brands and flavors , but this is my favorite . Good energy , a little flushing for the first couple of uses . Taste is good , but I like orange the best. It really shows on the days that I'm wiped out from work and can still get through a tough workout. April 10, 2013
