Doesn't upset stomach Bought this thinking that Orange Mango would be a great change from the blue raspberries and fruit punches...yikes. First off, you have to mix it with a whole 16oz of water, and then you have to suck down the nasty taste. Its just a lot for not a real rush. I'm one who needs to switch up my pre work out every so often to keep my body guessing and this product was just a miss for me. January 5, 2013

Good pre-work out drink I really like this product for a pre-work out pick-me-up. It doesn't have caffeine, which is important to me. I've tried other pre-work out drinks and they made me shaky and spacy - this one doesn't do that. It's a pretty strong flavor: I mix the recommended dosage in a very large bottle of water and mix some more water in it throughout my cardio events. I've gone from a 80 minute cardio event to a 2+ hour cardio regime using this product. August 31, 2012

Great pre-workout product This product is the best pre-workout drink I have ever tried. I never realized how much more you could get out of a workout until I started using Assault.
