Mix 1/2 to 1 scoop of Assault in 14-16 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training. For optimal results, drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily.

For Hardcore Training Sessions: Use 1 scoop of Assault in 12-16 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training.

For Moderate-Intensity Training: Use 1/2 scoop of Assault in 8-12 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training.
