Good recovery I was looking for some form of recovery drink when I came across this stuff. I just LOVE the Assault and Combat so I gave this a try. I've heard bad reviews on here about the tastes and flavors, but I thought it tasted great! It's not gonna be like a smoothie or fruit juice, it's gonna be a little chalky or bland due to all the nutrients poured in there. I personally love this stuff and it works!! March 17, 2013
