To understand the potency of GAKIC® Pro Series, take 4 caplets on your first day, 30 to 45 minutes before you workout; moving to the full serving before your next workout. Take 1 serving (8 caplets) between 30 to 45 minutes before your high-intensity workout. Do not exceed 1 full serving (8 caplets) in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
