This is an awsome cake mix if you need gluten free ingredients. Very clean ingredients and it makes great cupcakes! I used coconut oil to make it more moist. Everyone loved them and people were shocked when I told them it was gluten free. July 16, 2012

Cake was moist but different I wish I could give this two thumbs up, but I can't. Made this as large-size cupcakes with chocolate frosting. The cake was moist, but not very sweet--more like a muffin. The choco frosting really helped the taste. I would recommend using the Namaste Perfect Flour blend and following your favorite cake recipe. You might have to bake it a little extra. great for first birthday Great first birthday cake! Gluten,dairy,soy free. The one year old ate it up. Everyone else took a taste and wouldn't eat it. yuck October 6, 2010
