My kids really like them...with chocolate chips. I have made this mix several times. I have to say...the cookies hold together nicely and are durable enough to go in a lunch box if in a container. I always add Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips and that makes it seem more like a cookie. They taste okay, considering they are free of basically everything you'd normally bake with, but the texture is sort of muffin-y, not flat and chewy like a cookie. I can get them to LOOK flat by rolling the dough, then pressing it in a cookie shape...but still it won't be chewy. However, my kids snarf them down and they don't bother their tummies so really...that is the WHOLE point. A successful mix, in my opinion, as a result of that. April 3, 2012
