Nana's Gluten Free Cookie Ginger -- 3.5 oz
Not as bad as some reviews
I eat ginger cookies because I have bad motion sickness. I carry the cookies with me just in case, and this cookie is a replacement for some that have been discontinued. This is a soft cookie. It is broken upon receipt because of the nature of the ingredients. I eat it in pieces anyway, so that was not a problem for me. It is a little dry, but if you need ginger, it does the trick. I liked the flavor and ate the entire cookie in one drive. It kept the sickness away.

Flavorful and Delicious!
For those of us who cannot eat wheat or gluten, these cookies are absolutely delicious. If you are not used to eating products made with rice flour, you may find them to be dry and grainy. That's because the texture of ground rice is nothing like white flour. I bake with rice and oat flour all the time and I love the taste. Yes, the texture is different, but you just get used to it. If the flavor is great and it's a product that will not jeopardize my health, then that's what counts. These cookies are great to dip in coffee or tea as well.

Epitome of negative gluten assumptions
This cookie is everything gltuen free is fighting. It is dry, tasteless and gritty. There are so many other gluten free cookies out there, such as Wow, which are far better in quality and taste. There is no reason gluten free needs to taste like sand.
