Napa Valley Naturals Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil -- 25.4 fl oz
Excellent Taste and Quality
This Olive oil is not bitter when you swallow it with a backlash bitter, dry taste on the back of your throat like many Olive oils. I think it is because they cold press it under 100 degrees as you should do, versus up to 200 degree's still being considered cold pressed oil. This preserves the health benefits of the olive oil. Olive oil develops free radicals after temperatures over about 100-120 degrees or so. I am impressed this company does this. They know it is a low heating, cooking oil. And this product tastes great on a salad as a dressing oil with lemon. Instead, for a cooking oil, I use virgin, unsaturated Coconut oil or avocado oil for cooking with high heating points, before free radicals are created and both have a buttery flavor like olive oil does that tastes good in most food. This oil however, is very good, light and balanced in taste. One of the better Olive oils I have tried. I was impressed it is also Organic and will buy it again.

My family loves this olive oil for its taste, mild but strong enough to make excellent dipping oil for crusty breads. Far and away our favorite olive oil. We buy both the organic and the non-organic, trying to follow the sales.

Imported product - not from Napa Valley as implies
I was rather dissapointed when the oil arrived as it says on the bottle imported from Italy/Spain. From my personal research I learned that imported oils are heated at customs and decided to purchase only oils that are from locally grown olives. I have experienced the taste to be a lot richer too.
