I made another discovery in the Amazon rainforest, "Criollo!" I wondered what it was at first. Well it is the rarest and finest variety of cacao. Its aroma is strong and it has a subtle bittersweet taste.
These raw cacao nibs I brought back for you are harvested by the local community and completely natural and organic. they are not only delicious but also healthy with no added sugar and an excellent source of dietary fiber. After learning that, I have decided that cacao nibs are now one of my favorite snacks! Wow ... a healthy snack I can actually enjoy. Who could ask for more?
