Very effective Helpful for falling asleep, and staying asleep. Definitely notice it working. My biggest problem is waking too early (2 - 3 am) then struggling to sleep again. This helps with that, but not completely. I still wake up at those times, but return to sleep more easily. Will not work when I am very anxious or stressed, however (what does, besides powerful synthetic drugs?). Tablets taste good, too. You need 4 each night, so only 15 doses per pkg. February 26, 2010

Adults, take 30 drops under the tongue one hour before bedtime and 30 drops at bedtime.

Children 4-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage.

It is helpful to limit the consumption of caffeine containing drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate and artificial sweeteners.
