worked really well These worked pretty good. There is 2 different bottles but they look the same. I would recommend taking the oral one first then inserting the other tab right after. Also, works best if used at night and drink plenty of water. It's not gonna work if you don't finish the product so stick with it. August 19, 2012

Wash hands before use.
When vaginal area is clean and dry, using your index finger, gently insert yellow capsule into your vagina as far as comfortable.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: insert one capsule daily before bedtime. Repeat for 14 consecutive days.
Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
