My doctor recommended that I use this for hot flashes and explained that it might take about four weeks for me to experience any relief for my symptoms. I am now on my second bottle and have only noticed a slight degree of abatement. I shall continue with the supply I am now taking and I have one more bottle to go if the symptoms do not abate significantly by that time I will probably discontinue use since it is an added expense for an already overtaxed fixed income.. thank you, however, for your quick response to my orders in the past. Finally found what I needed. I use black Cohosh daily and I was very happy to find a ready supply. My package arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
