This is going to sound crazy.... I've been taking it for 24 hours and it is a MIRACLE! I was so bummed because my hot flashes had stopped about a year ago. Then a couple of weeks ago they started up again and were so bad. I was a constant, sweaty, stinky, anxious mess. Couldn't sleep... It was awful. Something only us ladies going through it will only ever truly understand. Not a person to take drugs or even supplements, but I had to do something. Try something else I have been using another supplement and hoped that this would be more effective. it is NOT! It is substantially less effective than what I have been using. This was a complete waste of money. September 14, 2011
