new is good trying this source of calcium - coral which is more alkaline - and not derived from animal products - compared to calcium citrate etc. and was not hard on digestion as in other calcium products. only complaint is - 6 tables for 800 mg needed - so would I buy again? may look for better value as bottle goes quickly. Works for me I love this stuff. You can spend more and get a higher quality coral calcium, but for the money it is an exceptional value. I take at least 2 a day and find it helps my acidity. Nothing beats 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in a cup of warm water for helping to neutralize that heavy, acidic feeling, but you can't use that everytime you feel poorly, and this coral calcium is a close 2nd and does beautifully.
