The BEST and cheapest I have used several brands of digestive enzymes, that cost way more. This brand does the trick. Works great and do its job. And it comes with Lactase (for digestion of dairy products) while products I have payed WAAAY much more, don't. A+ and the price is right! November 5, 2009

Help's With Digestion I've been using this for a few years. It was a life saver and the price is right. I believe they have changed the product somewhat, from what it originally was, or my needs have increased. It definitely improves the quality of the bowel movements. It's worth a try to see if it works for you, without costing an arm and a leg. :) June 9, 2008
