Good for my kids!
Great price & quality. My kids (youngest 11) are able to swallow them without any problems. I cannot rate effectiveness because I wouldn't know that to look for, but my kids who are picky eaters are now getting Omegas in their diet without the GI upset of fish oil tabs (tried those, too much belching/ flatulance for my kids!).
