No More HOT Flashes I've been using this product for the last 60 days and have not had a hot flash in over a month -- highly recommend! February 9, 2009

Takes a while, but it works I've been on the Hot Flashex for about 3 weeks now and today, so far (it's after 4 in the afternoon), no hot flashes at all. The frequency/intensity of the hot flashes have been gradually diminishing. This was most notable for me after about 2 weeks. Like most natural products, it takes a while to get into your system. Remifemin (which also worked for me) is another excellent product, but not as cost-effective as the Hot Flashex. I'll be continuing to use this one. October 19, 2008
